This page explains what Seed to Swan (seedtoswan.com) keeps about you, and why. In short: as little as we can.
Without an account
You can use every studio without an account. We don't run ads, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Some studios remember your settings in your own browser; that stays on your device.
With an account
- What we keep: your email address, your name if you give it, and when you signed up and last logged in. Your password is stored only as a secure hash; nobody can read it.
- Google sign-in: if you log in with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture. We don't get your Google password or anything else from your Google account.
- Why: to log you in, keep your progress, and send emails you ask for (confirming your email, resetting your password).
- Cookies: logging in saves a session token in your browser so you stay logged in. It's needed for the account to work and isn't used for tracking.
Who handles the data
Accounts are stored with Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, Germany). The website is hosted by Railway. Emails we send you (confirming your email, resetting your password) are delivered by Brevo. Fonts come from Google Fonts. These services process data only to run the site. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, at any time by emailing us. We'll do it within 30 days.
Children
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes too. Big changes will be announced on the site.
